About SoftCOM 2017 The 25 th International Conference on Software, Telecommunications and Computer Networks (SoftCOM 2017) is co-organized by the University of Split, FESB and Croatian Communications and Information Society (CCIS). The conference will be held on September 21-23, 2017 in Radisson Blu Resort hotel, Split. Authors are invited to submit their high-quality papers representing original results in all areas of communications software, services and applications, telecommunications and computer networks. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings, and submitted to IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
