About SoftCOM 2017 The 25 th International Conference on Software, Telecommunications and Computer Networks (SoftCOM 2017) is co-organized by the University of Split, FESB and Croatian Communications and Information Society (CCIS). The conference will be held on September 21-23, 2017 in Radisson Blu Resort hotel, Split. Authors are invited to submit their high-quality papers representing original results in all areas of communications software, services and applications, telecommunications and computer networks.
